The previous section addressed ways instructors can cultivate classroom environments that are more conducive to academic honesty. The next section examines how course and assignment design can serve to limit students’ temptation and capacity to cheat. From tapping into student interests to providing more opportunities for students to receive feedback on their work, faculty can make a number of adjustments to their assignments that can both get students more excited to do the work of the class and encourage academic integrity.
